All our items come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding damage caused by improper use).
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects related to materials or assembly
- Material defects not caused by misuse
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear or abnormal use
- Products damaged intentionally or accidentally
- Products offered as free gifts (promotional items, giveaways)
Natural aging of materials:
- Leather can develop a patina over time: change in color, softening, signs of wear.
- Metal parts may develop micro-scratches during use
These phenomena are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.
How to use the warranty
Contact us by email at service@atelier-gemini.fr with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
If the problem is covered by the warranty, we will replace or repair your product free of charge.
Replacement service
For damage not covered by the warranty (wear and tear, accident, etc.), we offer a replacement service for a fee. Please feel free to contact us.
